Burg Gürzenich stands in Düren (Kreis Düren), in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The building is a listed Baudenkmal. No visits are on record for this building.
Burg Gürzenich once stood in the Düren district that still bears its name, in North Rhine-Westphalia, close to the former border between the Duchy of Jülich and the lands of the Archbishopric of Cologne. What remains today is not a standing castle: the buildings, long since ruined, were pulled down in 1830, and only fragments of wall survive, built into a 19th century farmstead. Visitors will find a historical trace rather than an intact monument, along with a carved stone dated 1555 preserved nearby in a neighbouring park.
