Château Léoville Poyferré is a wine estate in Saint-Julien-Beychevelle, in the Gironde, ranked a second growth in the 1855 classification. Created in 1840 from the division of the historic Léoville vineyard, it has belonged to the Cuvelier family since 1920. Visitors can see the 60-hectare vineyard, planted mainly with cabernet sauvignon, along with the winemaking methods developed since the 1990s.
