What the French Ministry of Culture records
Fastueuse villa construite pour le docteur Emmanuel Laurens entre 1898 et 1900 (noms des architectes inconnus) dans l'esprit néo-classique. Décor intérieur d'inspiration Art Nouveau : la salle de bains avec baignoire-piscine décorée de faïences des ateliers de Sarreguemines est due à Eugène Simas, les petits appartements sont signés Eugène Simas et Théophile Laumonnerie.
