What the French Ministry of Culture records

Le château est situé au centre d'une pièce d'eau faisant office de douves. Le pont dormant a remplacé un pont-levis et donne accès à l'ancienne porte de la poterne des 11e et 15e siècles. La tour ronde sud-ouest doit dater de cette première époque. Au 17e siècle est construit un long logis. Un escalier de bois à double révolution en élipse, datant de la fin du 18e siècle, mène au premier étage. Ce bâtiment est prolongé en équerre à l'est par une aile qui rejoint la tour circulaire au sud-ouest. A l'est se trouve un petit bâtiment de dépendance, ainsi qu'une fuye cylindrique.
