To make a day of it

Château de Villiers stands in Poissy (Yvelines), in the Île-de-France region of France. No visits are on record for this building.

In Poissy, the château de Villiers stands in neo-Louis XIII style within a twelve-hectare park bordering the Meissonier park. Built in the 1860s for baron Léonce Hély d'Oissel, it later passed to the de Ségur family, then served as a recreation centre for the employees of a chemical company before becoming a municipal building. The façade features two niches holding copies of antique statues, while the interior retains a wooden double staircase and a library with carved wood panelling bearing family initials.
