What the French Ministry of Culture records

Ancienne closerie ayant appartenu à différents maires de Tours. De plan carré, le château fut d'abord constitué par le grand pavillon et une aile qui lui fut contigüe à l'ouest et était élevée d'un étage sur rez-de-chaussée, avec comble. Au début du 19e siècle, cette aile fut prolongée dans sa longueur, et surélevée d'un étage. Une tourelle d'escalier et un avant-corps rectangulaire accompagnent ce pavillon, faisant saillie sur la façade est.
