To make a day of it

Château de Toulvern stands in Baden (Morbihan), in the Bretagne region of France. Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.

The château de Toulvern stands on the point of the same name, in the commune of Baden, overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Morbihan. Built mostly after 1852, reportedly for Princess Baciocchi, it replaced an earlier dwelling likely dating from the 18th century. Its single-storey elevation, ordered façade and long-pan slate roof are typical of late 19th-century residences in Brittany. Inside, a turning wooden staircase is set within an outer projection.
