What the French Ministry of Culture records

Un château ancien aurait été détruit pendant les guerres de Religion. L'édifice est construite ou embelli au 17e siècle. Il comprend un corps central rectangulaire, flanqué à ses extrémités d'ailes étroites en légère avancée sur ses deux façades. La travée centrale de chaque façade est percée d'une porte flanquée de deux pilastres et couronnée d'un fronton cintré. A l'intérieur, deux pièces ont conservé un plafond à la française peint et des frises peintes avec motifs de rinceaux caractéristiques du 17e. Au nord-est se trouvent deux communs et une aile d'écuries et de chenils, auxquels s'ajoutent un colombier, une serre, une glacière et deux bastions à l'extrémité sud du parc.
