The château de Sartiges stands near a pond in the commune of Sourniac, in the Cantal department, east of the village. Built in 1636 on the remains of a medieval stronghold destroyed in the 14th century, it combines round towers with a main building whose outline still recalls the Middle Ages despite Renaissance touches. A neo-Romanesque chapel, added in 1890 after a fire destroyed the outbuildings, completes the ensemble. The estate remains private property and can only be seen from outside.
