Château de Pierrefitte stands in Poil (Nièvre), in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region of France. No visits are on record for this building.
The Château de Pierrefitte stands in the commune of Poil, in the Nièvre department, off the main village along the road to Saint-Léger-sous-Beuvray. Built in the 19th century on the site of a fief first recorded in 1510, this manor house combines a basement, two main floors, an additional upper floor and attic space. A fire in 1912 destroyed much of the earlier building, which had resembled a Swiss chalet; the reconstruction that followed gave it its present appearance, without a defined architectural style.
