The Château de Molleron stands in Vaudebarrier, in Saône-et-Loire, on a terrace above the Ozolette river. Its 16th century main building bears a curved pediment carved with the coats of arms of the Chanay and Macheco families, flanked by two square turrets, one of which houses a chapel. The adjoining outbuildings, with round towers and turrets pierced by tiny openings, complete the ensemble, which remains a private property.
