The Château de Latour stands in Miramont-Latour, in the Gers department, built mainly in the second half of the 16th century, though its present form reflects several overlapping building campaigns. It combines a main residence flanked by outbuildings with turrets, one of which houses a chapel, and a terrace on arcades linking two multi-storey wings. The estate also retains a notable dovecote, decorated with glazed tiles meant to keep pests away from the nests. The keep crowning the ensemble, along with part of the eastern facade, was added in the 19th century.
