En 1642, la propriété comprenait une maison pour maîtres et vignerons, un pressoir, des cours, un jardin, des vignes, des prés et un parc d'arbres. En 1699 fut rattaché à la propriété l'emplacement du temple protestant qui avait été construit, en fonction de l'Edit de Nantes, hors de la ville épiscopale et détruit sur ordre du roi dès la Révocation. Le logis est de forme rectangulaire. A l'ouest, un double perron évasé donne accès par dix marches à la porte d'entrée centrale. Au nord, le bâtiment a été prolongé à la fin du 19e siècle par une aile en forme de tour.
