Au sein d'un ensemble castral (manoir fortifié des 14e et 15e siècles ; vestiges d'un logis du 16e siècle ; chapelle du 16e siècle) , l'édifice néoclassique édifié entre 1810 et 1820 se greffe sur les vestiges du logis 16e siècle. Ont été identifiés les tracés et vestiges d'un système de douves ou canaux régulés à partir d'une retenue artificielle qui semble médiévale.
