La tour de guet et de défense est le vestige d'un ancien château qui dépendait de la vicomté de Turenne. Elle est ronde avec une petite tourelle d'escalier sur cul de lampe pour accéder à la terrasse. Deux salles intérieures voûtées en arcs de cloître. Mâchicoulis sur corbeaux restaurés.
