What the French Ministry of Culture records

Château reconstruit au début du 15e siècle, embelli entre la seconde moitié du 15e et les années 1520. Au 19e siècle, affirmation de la vocation agricole de l'ancien château qui connaît alors d'importantes restructurations. Le plan est celui d'une enceinte carrée cantonnée à l'origine de quatre tours circulaires. Son front sud est en majeure partie conservé, intégrant le portail et d'importants restes du logis. Il en est de même pour la grange du 15e, ainsi que pour le logis en retour sur la cour d'origine 16e. Si la tour nord-est a disparu, les bases de la tour nord-ouest sont en partie conservées à la charnière du grand corps de ferme du 19e.
