Architect Henri Amiard designed a Second Empire building where the owner's quarters, the farm director's lodging and the staff dormitories were kept carefully separate under one roof. Notable features include the garden façade with its carved animal figures on the dormers, along with the surviving outbuildings around the courtyard: gatehouses, stables, pigsty, carriage shed and cider press.
