Le château forme éperon et domine à flanc de coteau la grande plaine. Mentionné dès la fin du 13e siècle, les bâtiments du château datent des 14e et 15e siècles. Une aile latérale et une terrasse ont été réalisées au 17e siècle. Incendié en 1944, le château a perdu l'essentiel de ses aménagements intérieurs anciens. Des dépendances et communs complètent l'ensemble. Un parc a été aménagé au 19e siècle.
