At the heart of the village of Aigneville, in the Somme, this eighteenth century manor house was built and extended over several generations by the Danzel family, who owned it until 2020. The brick main building, topped with a Mansart roof, and its two wings form an ensemble that has remained close to its original state, including a drawing room whose eighteenth century mouldings and overdoors survive intact. An adjoining farm, arranged around a courtyard with a pond, completes the estate with its timber framed outbuildings and two stacked bread ovens still in working order.
