Le principal intérêt de cet édifice réside dans le fait qu'il participe d'un ensemble de demeures patronales du Vimeu et d'un ensemble industriel. Ce château est de style éclectique, à dominante Louis XIII pour les façades en brique rouge et pierre de taille. La décoration intérieure associe l'Art Nouveau aux styles Louis XIII et Louis XVI. Des vitraux des ateliers Vermonet ornent portes et fenêtres à l'étage.
