Ancien Palais des Comtes de Poitiers stands in Poitiers (Vienne), in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France. The building is listed as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: 14th century). Its opening hours and prices were verified at the source on September 7, 2026.

In the historic heart of Poitiers, this former ducal and comital palace houses a 50 metre long Gothic hall, built under Eleanor of Aquitaine and later embellished in the 14th century by the Duke of Berry. Visitors can see three monumental fireplaces and carved statues representing Charles VI, Isabeau of Bavaria, Jean de Berry and Jeanne de Boulogne. The building, long used as a courthouse, is now given over to cultural activities.
