Le manoir de Pont-de-l'Arche, ainsi dénommé depuis le 19e siècle, est une habitation urbaine (les termes de demeure, ou hôtel seraient plus adaptés) , comprenant à l'origine un grand corps central, probablement en pan de bois, du 16e ou du 17e siècle. Plus tard, à la fin du 17e siècle ou au début du 18e siècle, ont été construits des ajouts latéraux. La famille Le Cordier de Boisenval a transformé une nouvelle fois la demeure vers 1760, notamment pour la partie orientale : les façades en pierre de taille calcaire, baies plus larges, pièces à décors lambrissées et cheminées de marbre visibles aujourd'hui, correspondent bien aux goûts d'une noblesse de robe provinciale. Habité de 1891 à 1897 par le compositeur Jules Massenet, puis jusqu'en 1909 par la famille du peintre et photographe Jacques-Henri Lartigue, la demeure est actuellement divisée. La partie est, la plus intéressante par son architecture et ses décors, appartient à un propriétaire privé ; la partie centrale, appartenant à la ville de Pont de l'Arche, est occupée par une crèche ; l'aile ouest a été transformée en habitation privée et acquise par la commune.
