In the village centre of Crouzilles stands a former seigneurial manor house dating from the 15th and 16th centuries, notable for its unusual stair turret. While the main building has been altered over the centuries, the turret has kept its original form: hexagonal at the base, it becomes square at the upper level thanks to small moulded corbels. A doorway with a flattened arch is topped by a carved ogee decorated with cabbage-leaf motifs, and inside the spiral staircase a carved bat can be seen, a motif also found in the nearby church of L'Île-Bouchard.
