Manoir de La Louverie, également dénommé château de Bel-Air stands in Le Crouais (Ille-et-Vilaine), in the Bretagne region of France. What the French Ministry of Culture records

Ensemble comprenant un logis du 17e siècle, deux petits bâtiments agricoles et un puits, le tout entouré de pelouses, prairies et bois. Le manoir est construit en terre, sur les bases d'un logis plus ancien dont certains éléments encore visibles dateraient du 16e siècle (porte d'entrée principale à accolade ornée, fenêtre à motif renaissant...). Les pièces se distribuent de part et d'autre d'un escalier en bois du 17e siècle, à deux volées droites. Le manoir est vendu comme bien national en 1791.
