Visitors can see its stair tower flanked by two large dormer windows, once topped by an ornamental finial above the doorway, along with original interior features such as fireplaces, window seats and door surrounds. The estate passed through several noble families, from Cossé to Rougé, before a partial 19th-century restoration under the Courtois family.
