Fief relevant de Montbazon puis de la Carte-Ballan. Après la Révolution, le manoir a été délaissé, les exploitants vivant dans les communs aujourd'hui disparus. Cette petite demeure pourrait avoir été un rendez-vous de chasse et représente bien le type de la maison tourangelle. Des fenêtres ont été agrandies sous Louis XIII. Une tourelle hexagonale est éclairée par des ouvertures de défense à l'angle nord-est. Les douves ont été comblées. L'aile en retour sur la façade postérieure date du 19e siècle.
