Le manoir de Kerhoas, exemple d'architecture manoriale du pays bigouden, est un bâtiment construit à la fin du 15e siècle et comprenant plusieurs corps de bâtiments disposés en U autour d'une cour jadis fermée. L'histoire de ses origines est inconnue, la construction étant probablement l'oeuvre d'une famille de petite noblesse, comme en témoigne son architecture modeste, quoique soignée (porte, décor du pignon). L'ensemble tel qu'il se présente actuellement a pratiquement conservé les dispositions décrites dans un acte notarié de 1753, et semble n'avoir subi que peu de modifications depuis sa construction : seule la façade sud a été légèrement remaniée. L'intérieur est également dans un état de conservation remarquable, qui a conservé les dispositions représentatives du manoir médiéval.
