What the French Ministry of Culture records

La première mention du manoir apparaît en 1689. Le corps de logis rectangulaire est encadré par deux ailes d'exploitation disposées perpendiculairement au logis. Ces constructions déterminent une cour intérieure, close au nord par un mur élevé vers 1855. Les escaliers des façades nord et sud ont été transformés. Celui du nord provient d'une villa aujourd'hui détruite, qui était située boulevard Béranger à Tours. Les intérieurs ont conservé un escalier central à balustres, en bois, et des cheminées monumentales en pierre.
