Cet édifice est l'une des premières malouinières dont la construction pourrait être attribuée à la famille d'armateurs Magon. L'architecture laisse supposer une construction des années 1660. La sobriété, la symétrie de l'architecture, le bandeau dessiné sur l'enduit annoncent l'architecture classique des malouinières. L'intérieur conserve d'origine le grand escalier et la cheminée de la cuisine. Le parc présente toujours des communs, un puits, un jardin, les murs de clôture et une rabine d'accès.
