Ce logis est le seul subsistant de tous les châteaux de l'actuel Menil-Gondouin. La cour est limitée à droite par le logis d'habitation, à gauche par des communs avec une tour, au fond par une grande remise avec un pressoir. Le logis proprement dit date du 18e siècle. Les communs paraissent remonter au 15e siècle.
