Schloss Oderwitz is a manor house built in 1910 and 1911 in the Saxon municipality of Oderwitz, commissioned by Freiherr Maximillian von Beschwitz. The building went through several uses after its expropriation in 1945, including decades as a municipally run youth hostel, before returning to private ownership in 2012. Visitors are drawn mainly to the early twentieth century architecture and to the layered history of an estate that moved from noble family to municipal asset and back to private hands.
