To make a day of it
Schloss Gailenbach stands in Gersthofen (Landkreis Augsburg), in Bavaria, Germany. The building is a listed Baudenkmal. No visits are on record for this building.
Schloss Gailenbach stands in Edenbergen, a hamlet of Gersthofen in Bavaria, built from 1592 onward for Zacharias Geizkofler, a leading financial official of the Holy Roman Empire. The two storey building, topped with stepped gables, retains a 16th century core despite alterations carried out in 1816/17 and again in 1955/56. A round arched gateway links the main house to the adjoining farm estate, the whole set within a landscaped park. The property is today privately owned.

- The yellow facade, green shutters and round arched gateway can be seen from around the park grounds.
- The estate also includes a former farm building, once home to a Franciscan convent until the early 1980s.
- No opening hours or admission fees are known, so a visit mainly means viewing it from outside.
