The Schloss Buchholz is a former manor house in the Saxon Oberlausitz, built in the early 19th century as the main building of the Rittergut Krischa estate. Its eleven-bay facade, marked by two projecting central sections and a staircase entrance on the north side, still reflects the various alterations carried out over the centuries. The estate was called Krischa until 1936, when National Socialist authorities germanized this originally Sorbian place name. Now used as a private residence, the Schloss can only be viewed from outside.
