Ruine Auersburg stands in Hilders (Landkreis Fulda), in Hesse, Germany. The building is a listed Baudenkmal. Recorded dating: 12th century. Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.

The Auersburg ruin sits on the southwestern slope of the Auersberg, in the Rhön range, at the end of a well-used hiking path north of Hilders. What remains, mainly enclosing walls with arrow slits, dates from a knight's castle rebuilt around 1120 on an older site first recorded in 1214. Burned by rebellious peasants in 1525 and later quarried for stone, it now serves walkers as a shelter and viewpoint. A modern stair tower stands where the old lookout once was, giving views over the surrounding forest.
