The Neues Schloss Ober Rengersdorf stands south of the village of Ober-Rengersdorf, on the road to Torga, in the municipality of Kodersdorf. Built at the turn of the 20th century to replace the older manor house of the estate, which no longer matched its owner's aspirations, it was designed in a neo-baroque style modelled on a family seat in Hungary. Its nine-bay facade flanked by four corner turrets with bell-shaped roofs, and its double staircase leading to a loggia, still hint at the scale of the original scheme. Empty since the early 1990s, the building can only be viewed from the outside given its poor state of repair.
