Hof Neuroth is a moated manor house, the only one of its kind in the Upper Westerwald, lying between the villages of Bilkheim and Salz, northeast of Montabaur. It is recognisable by its four storey tower and its baroque mansard roofs with numerous dormers, set against a yellow facade. A two arched stone bridge leads to the property from the northeast. The estate still belongs to the von Walderdorff family, who live there and farm the surrounding land, and it is not open to visitors.
