Perched on a wooded hill above the village of Steinekirch, Burg Wolfsberg preserves the remains of a medieval stronghold possibly founded as early as the 10th century by the lords of Fraß. Around it, ditches and earthen ramparts still trace the outline of the former outer and main baileys, on grounds that remain freely accessible.
