Burg Niederalfingen stands in Hüttlingen (Ostalbkreis), in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.
Niederalfingen Castle rises on a rocky spur above the confluence of the Kocher and Schlierbach valleys, near the village of Niederalfingen in the municipality of Hüttlingen. Built around 1050 as a Hohenstaufen stronghold to guard trade routes, it changed hands repeatedly, from the lords of Seckendorf to the counts of Württemberg, before the wealthy Fugger family of Augsburg rebuilt it in the late sixteenth century. Its 30-metre keep, known as the copper tower, is visible from afar, square at the base and octagonal above, pierced with gun loops. The former bailiff's building now houses the local history museum of Hüttlingen.
