Château du Saulce stands in Escolives-Sainte-Camille (Yonne), in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: 18th century). Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.

On the left bank of the Yonne river, in Escolives-Sainte-Camille, the château du Saulce stands on the site of a former commandery founded in 1192, of which nothing visible remains today. The present buildings date from the 18th century and include a remodelled château, outbuildings and a small square pavilion decorated with carved friezes, garlands and hunting and fishing motifs, a rare example of its kind in the Yonne department. The four-hectare park retains French-style flowerbeds, planted avenues and ponds facing the pavilion.
