What the French Ministry of Culture records
Château vraisemblablement construit en 1480. L'édifice était, à l'origine, deux fois plus grand qu'actuellement. Le logis était prolongé par une partie symétrique et identique au-delà d'une grosse tour d'escalier, hors oeuvre, sur la façade sud qui furent abattues à une époque indéterminée. De l'édifice du 15e siècle subsiste un logis à rez-de-chaussée et étage, caractérisé par ses pignons aigus. Le pignon ouest porte une riche décoration de crochets végétaux et de crossettes sculptées en forme de sphinx à ailes déployées. Le logis donne sur une cour fermée. Les côtés ouest et est sont occupés par des écuries du 19e siècle.
