Haut d’un étage, le logis présente les dispositions traditionnelles du plan simple en profondeur comprenant une pièce à chaque niveau. Extérieurement, il est marqué en volume par une sorte de pavillon, couvert d’un toit à croupes, qui domine le reste du bâtiment. La cage d’escalier, remarquablement large, trahit une certaine volonté d’apparat. Le dôme en charpente, à lanternon, ainsi que quelques détails de décor sculpté tels des oculus ovales reflètent le goût de l’époque.
