Its staircase with successive landings, the south-east turret resting on a corbel, and its defensive openings recall the architecture built during the Wars of Religion, before the 18th century added two projecting bays and wider windows. Visitors can also see the entrance gate, the brick enclosure walls, and a nymphaeum known as the theatre of greenery, set within a park protected in its entirety.
