Le domaine présente le double intérêt d'une entité foncière et d'un paysage agricole préservés depuis trois siècles, avec son réseau de petits canaux autour desquels se répartissent bâti, plantations et cultures. Au centre du domaine, précédé d'une remarquable allée de platanes, le pavillon se présente comme une construction soignée aux belles façades en pierre de taille. A l'intérieur, un décor de toiles peintes, datant de 1762, est conservé dans l'une des pièces du rez-de-chaussée.
