The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: third quarter of the 18th century). The building is privately owned and no visits are on record.

At the end of an avenue lined with clipped box and yew trees, the château de Saint-Eustache stands with its red brick façade in the countryside of Seine-Maritime. Built in the mid-18th century for the grandson of François Eustache, a counsellor at the Parliament of Normandy, it shows a classical ordered design, rising two storeys beneath a Mansard-style roof covered in slate.
