Set in the Vanne valley, this 16th century château retains the look of an early 17th century noble residence, with its narrow corner pavilions, steep roofs and stone dormer windows. A moat surrounds the main building, crossed by a drawbridge, and an octagonal dovecote topped with a double timber lantern marks the entrance courtyard. The estate survived fire, seizure and rebuilding before being restored by its present owners, the Bertrand family.
