What the French Ministry of Culture records

Seigneurie appartenant au prince d'Orange au 17e siècle. Le château actuel, du 18e siècle, comporte un corps de logis et des communs de part et d'autre d'une cour. Les communs intègrent un cellier du 17e siècle. Certains décors du logis ont été modernisés à la fin du 18e siècle et au début du 19e par les Bouchet. A l'intérieur, il présente un escalier en bois développé à rampe en fer forgé. L'étage est distribué par un grand couloir central. Plusieurs pièces sont lambrissées de hauteur. Les cheminées 18e sont en marbre ou en bois. Une serre est accolée au corps de logis. De 1901 à 1912, aménagement du parc, clos de murs avec deux portails en fer forgé.
