Château de Padiès stands in Lempaut (Tarn), in the Occitanie region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: 17th century). Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.
The château de Padiès stands in Lempaut, in the Tarn department, on the foundations of a small medieval fortified house built during the Hundred Years' War along the border between English and French territory. Constructed of local brick with stone surrounds, it has a rectangular plan flanked by two round towers and a Renaissance doorway decorated with Corinthian pilasters. A mural inside shows the building as it looked before its 19th century alterations. Its gardens underwent a landscape restoration in the early 2000s.
