Gentilhommière composée de deux ailes articulées en équerre sur un escalier en tourelle. Haut de deux étages sur rez-de-chaussée, il date de la fin du 15e siècle et avait à l'origine un troisième étage déposé au cours du 18e siècle. Deux cheminées par étage. L'édifice est représentatif de l'architecture civile dans le Cantal à la fin du Moyen-Age.
