To make a day of it

Château de la Ravillais stands in Beaussais-sur-Mer (Côtes-d'Armor), in the Bretagne region of France. Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.

The Château de la Ravillais stands in the commune of Beaussais-sur-Mer, in the Côtes-d'Armor department. Its architecture follows the malouinière style, the type of manor built by shipowners from the Saint-Malo area, featuring a steep hipped roof, dormer windows with curved pediments, and plain façades enhanced by painted trompe-l'œil surrounds. Three carved coats of arms above the entrance recall the Le Métaier family and their marriage alliance with the Perrée du Coudray family, descendants of a Saint-Malo privateer.
