Kergrist castle stands in Ploubezre, in the Côtes-d'Armor, overlooking the banks of the Léguer river. Built from the 15th century onward by the Kergrist family, it retains a Renaissance facade flanked by two towers, later joined by classical facades added on the east and south sides in subsequent centuries. The interior holds old paintings, including works attributed to Rubens and Giordano, while the four-hectare park unfolds three distinct gardens, each laid out to match one of the facades.
